Clean: Filter leaves and debris

Leaves, twigs and debris are the first things that clog and contaminate a rainwater system. Filtering them out early, before they reach your tank, protects your water quality and keeps everything downstream working as it should.

Clean: Filter leaves and debris

Leaves, twigs and other debris are the biggest threat to a clean system. The goal here is to filter them out at the points where water enters, so they never reach your tank.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

Where does debris get in?

Debris enters at your gutters, downpipes and tank inlet. Fitting filtration at each of these points stops leaves and twigs before they cause blockages or break down in your tank.

Catch it at the downpipe

A rain head at the top of your downpipe deflects leaves and debris away while letting water through, keeping your pipes clear. Our Leaf Eater® is built for exactly this.

Add a second line at the tank

A filter at your tank inlet catches the finer debris that slips past the first stage, so what reaches your tank is cleaner again. Our Maelstrom® does this job.
