Tank Screens

Tank screens sit at your tank inlet and give water a final filter as it enters, using mosquito-proof stainless steel mesh to keep insects, vermin, leaves and debris out. Options include screw-in and clip-on fittings, higher-flow side-mesh designs, and trays that make cleaning the inlet simple.

The Science

Step 6

Secure your rainwater system

Once water is in your tank, the job is to keep it clean. Sealing your system against pests, light and backflow protects the water you have worked to collect and stops new contaminants getting in.

The 12 Steps of Rain Harvesting™

From Our Customers

We used to lose a lot of water when it bucketed down because it would splash out over the rim of the tank screen. Now it’s still splashing, but the hood is capturing it and sending it back into the tank, which was exactly the aim. Couldn’t be happier!
