The replacement end cap for any First Flush Diverter with a 300mm chamber pipe, fitting either the upper or lower position. Glue it to your 300mm chamber pipe using solvent weld and hold until set, expecting a tight fit.

Apply solvent weld glue to the socket and pipe, insert the pipe into the end cap, and hold until the glue sets. Expect a tight fit.
