Dual-screen filtration
The two-stage filtration system handles debris in steps. The self-shedding 6mm primary screen deflects large leaves first, then the 0.955mm stainless steel secondary screen catches finer debris and blocks mosquitoes, so your tank receives cleaner water with less maintenance.
Included gutter outlet
Comes with a gutter outlet for mounting the rain head directly under your gutter, directing water flow onto the primary screen for improved catchment efficiency. If you prefer easier access for maintenance, the rain head can also be mounted mid-downpipe without the gutter outlet.
Prevents blocked downpipes
By filtering debris before it enters your downpipe, the Leaf Eater® Original stops blockages that cause water to back up into gutters and overflow into eaves, protecting both your home and your rainwater system.
Mosquito-proof stainless steel screen
The 0.955mm stainless steel secondary screen keeps mosquitoes and other pests out of your rainwater system.
Easy to maintain and paint
The screens lift out easily using the clip system for quick cleaning. The PVC body can be painted any colour to match your building.
