The Maelstrom® Original with Shark Cage delivers massive amounts of water to your tank. The single skin Shark Cage uses super-fine filtration to block leaves and debris while allowing huge volumes of water through. It’s incredibly easy to clean, making ongoing maintenance a breeze.

Even more efficient water capture
The single skin stainless steel cage allows debris to be pushed aside so you catch as much water as possible.
Super-fine 180 micron filtration
Removes particles five times finer than standard rain heads and tank screens.
High water catchment efficiency
In wet system configuration with clean water flow, the Maelstrom® achieves up to 99% water catchment efficiency at 5L/second and 96% at 10L/second, so even during heavy downpours very little water escapes.
Enclosed design blocks sunlight
The closed design prevents algae growth inside your tank.
Easy to clean
